feelin blue.

Its my favourite colour.

But why does it represent  sadness?

The Blues?  Sad music i guess.

Blue, the colour of the ocean – the vast, wide, never-ending ocean?

Jesus. Tell me the sadness is not never-ending.

Ag, i know it ends. Allowing self to feel it ( Thanks @spoOky)

Once I accept – everything else falls into place.

Surrender happens of its own accord. I cant force it. Or control it. Matter of fact, I cannot control anything. Only my choices.

The future, other people, results, circumstances, the earth’s inevitable ending… i cannot control.

May you all free yourself from the chains of control today and feel free.

I make that choice as of, now.

Mercury retrograde you little bitch.

If you or your world have seemed out of sorts lately, please take a moment to breathe and sift in this information:

“On Sunday, April 18th, 2010, Mercury the wise communicator—and universal trickster—turned retrograde, sending communications, travel, appointments, mail and the www into a general snarlup.

The retro period begins some days before the actual turning point (as Mercury slows) and lasts for three weeks or so, until May 11, 2010, when the Winged Messenger reaches his direct station. At this time he halts and begins his return to direct motion through the zodiac.

Everything finally straightens out on May 28, as he passes the point where he first turned retrograde.

As a rule, retrograde planets mark a period of seemingly inevitable or fated events that relate to their sphere of influence. Unresolved issues from the past tend to rear their heads. Retro phases present us with a series of events over which we seem to have little or no conscious control, relating especially to the sign in which the retrogradation occurs.

In general, Mercury rules thinking and perception, processing and disseminating information and all means of communication, commerce, education and transportation. By extension, Mercury rules people who work in these areas, especially those who work with their minds or their wits: writers and orators, commentators and critics, gossips and spin doctors, teachers, travellers, tricksters and thieves.

Mercury retrograde gives rise to personal misunderstandings; flawed, disrupted, or delayed communications, negotiations and trade; glitches and breakdowns with phones, computers, cars, buses, and trains. And all of these problems usually arise because some crucial piece of information, or component, has gone astray or awry.

It is not exactly wise to make important decisions while Mercury is retrograde, since it is likely that such decisions will be clouded by misinformation, poor communication and careless thinking. Mercury is all about mental clarity and the power of the mind, so when Mercury is retrograde these intellectual characteristics tend to be less acute than usual, as the critical faculties are dimmed. Make sure you pay attention to the small print!”

Its my happiness recipe! *dances with glee* (that grumpy people will hate, and happy people will love)

Always tell the truth. To self, and others.

Really good cappuccino’s with awesome frothy goodness.

Express: writing and acting.

Helping others.

No gossiping – poison for the soul.

Good friends.

Chilli lindt after a good meal.

Hanging with animals.

Hanging with children.

Accepting the small children despite their, at times, annoying qualities.

Accepting everything really – because when I fight the inevitable I lose power. And feel shit.

No fighting, at all.

Hanging with self. And enjoying it.

Forgive myself. For everything.

Respect my body.

Cooking for one.

Cooking for many.

Be nice to my enemies. Pray for them.

Be silly.

Laugh at myself.

Take risks. Don’t ever get too comfortable.

Embrace change.

Try my very best not to judge.

Accepting, that I am not perfect. And never will be.

If we all did everything from a place of a love, all the time – well, firstly we would drive eachother crazy, but the point is – we would all be happier, nicer people.

Just my two cents. Take it, or leave it.
